The Hollow Farm & Meat Market sits on Dzugan Farms on Snodgrass Road. Look past the porch and you’ll see the finishing cattle and the breeding herd grazing in the distance — the same Wagyu that fills our meat case.
That’s the whole idea. The beef and chicken are born here, raised here and sold here, by the family that does the work. Our partners Scott and Trish Fulmer raise the Angus beef, and the pork, honey and cheese come from neighboring farms. No middlemen, no mystery.
